ADA Signs
Our ADA signs are made from cast acrylic which allows us to paint acrylic any color, as well as apply sub-surface graphics to the panels. Panels can also be manufactured with a metal, wood or plastic laminate face to create a variety of looks. Letters are laser cut and chemically welded to acrylic sign faces. letters are applied with VHB tape to other surfaces.
We use grade 2 braille with ADA compliant braille raster system. Rasters are available in black, white, clear, gold and silver.
Acrylic
Our acrylic letters and logos are cut from cast acrylic available in a variety of thicknesses ranging from 1/16″ to 1 1/4″. Small letters and logos are generally laser cut. Larger letters and logos are router cut. Precision Letter Corporation will always square out any inside radius corners, so as not to have the “router” look. Full painting services are also available.
Metal Laminate
When a budget doesn’t allow for solid metal letters metal laminate may be the solution. Precision Letter uses Chemetal® brand laminates for our metal laminate letters. We keep 14 of their finishes in stock. Metal laminate letters are cut to your precision specifications, with sizes ranging from as small as 1″ up to the size of the material.
Combination
Use of both acrylic and metal laminate offers a wide variety of designs, textures, layers and overall appearances.
Directories
Precision Letter can offer a wide variety of directory systems. Directories can be constructed with a window system or a magnetic insert system.
Logos
Your customer’s logo is their image. Precision Letter Corporation takes pride in reproducing logos to exact specifications, so that you and your customer will be proud of the results
