Doing business with Precision Letter Corporation
All prices in our catalog are net.
A $25.00 net minimum charge will apply per order. This does not include crating and/or freight.
The first order will be shipped COD or may be prepaid. Please contact us for a credit application and allow three (3) weeks for credit approval. Mastercard or Visa accepted.
Open Accounts: Net 30 days. Any account over sixty (60) days past due will have all orders put on a COD account until balance is current.
COD Accounts: Cash or company checks are accepted. To avoid COD charges, orders may be prepaid. Mastercard or Visa accepted.
All prices are FOB Manchester, New Hampshire and do not include freight. Delivery is typically 2-4 weeks after receipt of order. If we agree to a guaranteed delivery date, air shipment charges may be incurred and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit. The carrier, by law, is an agent of the customer. We will, however, file a claim with UPS on your behalf if you so choose.
We make every effort to complete your order accurately. However, should we make an error in filling your order, we will make the necessary adjustments. It is our policy to ship any corrected order as per the original order shipping instructions.
All claims for shortages, errors or defects must be made within 10 days after delivery. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of order as is.
Precision Letter Corporation warrants its products to be free from defects in the material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of initial delivery. The warranty is made by Precision Letter Corporation only to purchasers acquiring the product directly from Precision Letter Corporation’s obligation is limited to the repair or replacement, at Precision Letter Corporation’s option, of products we prove, under normal use, to be defective within the stated period. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
